Strawberry tostada


This made me feel like a fluffy goddeszz.


1 tostada

2 or 3 strawberries

bean paste (you can make this by smashing up/processing cooked beans)

Guacamole or avocado paste

1/2 clove of garlic

3 or 4 brussel sprouts

4 or 5 grape tomatoes

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

some olive oil

pinch of chipotle

pinch of salt

1. Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, chipotle and salt. Soak halved grape tomatoes in apple cider vinegar for a few minutes. Put all of it in your toaster oven or oven if you’re not cool enough to have a toaster oven (about 425 degrees fahrenheit for like 10 minutes).

2. Smear a tostada with bean paste and guac paste. Dice garlic and slice strawberries and garnish your lovely little tostada.

3. When the brussel sprouts are done shred them so that they look kind of like some kind of charred lettuce. Put the shredded sprouts and halved tomatoes on top. You should probably drizzle some kind of vinegar based hot sauce because you’re not really divine if you don’t like hot sauce (I used Valentina Hot Sauce).
