Maybe Sage, Parsley, and some kind of green (I used spinach)
White Balsamic Vinegar
1. Cook rice. Uncle Ben’s rice was buy one get one, so I threw out the seasoning and mixed in some thyme, salt and sage.
2. Cool rice in fridge/freezer.
3. Meanwhile, cut the tomato. Cut it like you would cut it for six wedges (so four cuts) just don’t press down all the way.
4. Add chopped greens and maybe parsley to the now cold rice. Shove the rice in your tomato star.
5. LOOK FANCY.
Put it in the microwave for a few minutes for a warm side dish. I added sriracha and soy sauce and it was good times in my mouth.
