I used the left-over rice from my tomato dish for a salad today. I grabbed all the veggies in my fridge (MY FRAN GOT ME BRUSSEL SPROUTS!) and drizzled olive oil and salt on them, then popped them in the toaster oven. Served it over spinach and rice and topped it with shallot vinegar. If you have a toaster oven don’t waste it on bagels and pizza bites pls ): I ate like a princess.
