- Canned artichoke hearts
- Red wine vinegar/lemon juice/white balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Pig butt
(I used Goya seasoning and that was kind of whatever.)
- Microwave couscous. Fluff if your fancy. Put it in the freezer to cool down.
- Toss chopped tomato/artichoke hearts/spinach/whatever you want in a bowl with vinegar or lemon juice.
- Add veggie concoction to the couscous in your freezer. Leave it there for like, 10 or 20 minutes.
- EAT IT.
