CHOKE ON THIS

Scraps:

  • Canned artichoke hearts
  • Spinach
  • Couscous
  • Tomato
  • Red wine vinegar/lemon juice/white balsamic vinegar

IDK Maybe:

  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Onion/garlic
  • Pig butt
  • Zucchini/Cucumber
  • Mint/Parsley

(I used Goya seasoning and that was kind of whatever.)

  1. Microwave couscous. Fluff if your fancy. Put it in the freezer to cool down.
  2. Toss chopped tomato/artichoke hearts/spinach/whatever  you want in a bowl with vinegar or lemon juice.
  3. Add veggie concoction to the couscous in your freezer. Leave it there for like, 10 or 20 minutes.
  4. EAT IT.
